What We Offer

Dog-Friendly

We welcome your furry friends at The Lookout and provide a dog bed, stairgate, dog blankets, dog towels, dog toy, food and water bowls and treats for them. We only ask that you keep them out of bedrooms and don’t leave them unattended inside The Lookout.

Stunning Sea Views

You’ll be captivated by the sea views from the lounge, as you laze on two sofas (one a sofabed), kick back and relax. You might spot a passing sail boat, a child building a sandcastle or a dog tearing across the sand. You’ll love staring out at the glistening sea and the kaleidoscopic sky, it’s mesmerising. You’ll definitely know you have arrived at the seaside.

Baby & Kid Friendly

We offer a Family Pack of amenities for young children, so you don’t have to lug it all from home. The pack includes a potty, a kids toilet seat, a blackout blind, a kids step, non-slip bathmat, jug for the bath, kids’ plastic plates, bowls, cutlery and cups. Kids’ books and toys are available, as well as buckets, spades and games for the beach.

We had a wonderful stay at the Lookout with its beautiful views over Viking Beach. It was perfect for our family of four with two older kids who each had their own bedroom. Anna was a very responsive and organised host. Her digital and folder based information pack were very useful.

What is your cancellation policy?

To receive a full refund, you must cancel at least 30 days before check-in
You will also get a full refund if you cancel within 48 hours of booking, if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in
If you cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in, you’ll be refunded 50% of all nights
If you cancel less than 7 days before check-in, there will be no refund.
